Scavenger Hunt Sunday

This is my favourite picture this week for "Peace". It is a shot through our local graveyard, towards the park. The yew tree you can just see on the right is over 2000 years old and has been dated as before Christ.....I can't really get my head around that. Imagine what it must have seen.
As part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations two of my children took part in a concert at a nearby church. They were also having a Flower Festival too and this arrangement was all made from "Plain" white flowers. Shocking lighting in the church I'm afraid!
At the front of the church was this huge crown! Not my taste but a good one for "Shine"!
"Left" is my way home....to Uckfield. We have so many of these fingerposts that I forget just how pretty they are compared to the usual metal road signs!
I didn't see anything "Fast" this week. Just how fast the actual week went so you can have this shot of the strawberry jam I made yesterday reaching it's "fast boil" stage!
